Delvery and Returns
UK Customers
We aim to dispatch orders with two working days of receipt. Smaller orders will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery. Larger items will be sent overnight using a national delivery service. We will email you to confirm the time and method of dispatch.
For order values over £500 we are pleased to offer free shipping. For orders less than £500 your shipping charge will be shown in your shopping basket.
Non-UK Customers
We regret that we cannot offer debit/credit card facilities to non-UK customers. Shipping charges and delivery times will vary depending on location. Please contact us to discuss payment arrangements and shipping charges.

Returns Policy
This web site is intended for professional users. Customers must satisfy themselves that a product is suitable before making a purchase. Items sold online are sold on a firm sale basis and are not returnable. Items sold as new that within one year of the date of sale exhibit problems which can be attributed to manufacturing faults will be repaired or replaced free of charge. The decision to repair or replace will be at the discretion of Top-Teks Ltd.
Some items may be second hand, previously used, ex demonstration or similar. Top-Teks may offer a limited warranty on such items. This will be clearly stated in the item description.
Problems that can be attributed to fair wear and tear, misuse, exposure to contaminants including water or impact damage will be chargeable repairs.
Customers wishing to return items to Top-Teks Ltd. must contact us to obtain a returned material number (RMA) before shipping the item. When contacting us please say that you want to make a return and have your invoice number ready to quote.
Items returned to Top-Teks without prior agreement will be returned to the customer. Top-Teks accepts no liability for financial losses incurred by customers who have submitted unauthorised returns.
For some products the manufacturer offers the facility to register the product and obtain an enhanced warranty. Customers are strongly urged to register such products immediately. Top-Teks regret that unregistered customers will not be able to benefit from the additional benefits.
